1. Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You have 15 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or partially used products
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
- Customized or specially packaged products for bulk orders
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
